We offer a 30-day exchange and refund window from the date of order fulfilment. Please note items must be unused, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
*We offer free return shipping for items over $100 AUS shipped within Australia, we offer one free return/exchange per order made. If a shoe requires a further exchange or you have decided to return them after one exchange, the second return shipment will need to be covered by the customer.
For any exchanges over the first complimentary exchange, the customer will need to pay $7.95 to cover the sending of the new shoes from VAMP to your location (within Australia). Orders made outside of Australia are not eligible for free return/exchange shipping.
*For items returned that were purchased on promotion using a quantity discount (buy 2 pairs and save 50% off the second pair), we will refund the amount paid for the promoted/discounted item.
To begin you will need your order ID (found at the top of your order confirmation email, starting with VH) and the email address the order was made with.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our Vamp Heels Returns Policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you have received faulty goods, or if your shoes have developed manufacturing faults after they have been worn and the purchase was made within the 30-day return period, please contact us at hello@vivazdanceshoes.com
We may request some photos of the fault claim and we may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty.
If the item is found to be faulty, Vamp Heels will either repair, replace or refund your order where appropriate.
Absolutely, you can send your unworn items back for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
