Vanity is designed to give the illusion of length with strategically placed elastic straps finished right at the ankle. Vanity heels are designed so the dancer can move freely as it hugs and supports the feet while looking damn fine.

Vanity is made in EU shoe sizing. We recommend sizing down from your normal shoe size for maximum support unless you have wide or high arched feet. Please note that dance shoes need to fit firm and snug, and are made this way to allow you to stretch and mould into the shoe.

Orders shipped within Australia follow the below sending timeline (from the day of dispatch). Please note that this does not include handling time, handling time is 1-2 business days from date of order.

Dispatch

Orders are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays). If an item in your order is on pre-order the item will be shipped within 3 - 6 weeks.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email, as well as tracking information so you can follow the status of your delivery.

If you are not available at your nominated delivery address and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave your parcel in a safe spot, the driver will drop your parcel off at the nearest Post Office for pick up. The driver will leave a note in your mailbox to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up. Of course, if the delivery driver can locate a safe spot to leave your parcel, they will do so and mark your delivery as "delivered" on the tracking website.

Customs

Items for delivery outside of Australia may have to be cleared through customs.
Some countries charge a duty or tax on imported parcels over a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.

Vamp Heels does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note Vamp Heels does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

In the event that you decline to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered.

DISCLAIMER

While we want to have you dancing in your VAMPS as soon as humanly possible, unfortunately we have no control over what happens once we hand over your parcel to the postal or courier service. 

Please be aware that events such as extreme weather, global pandemics, public holidays and staff shortages can impact how fast your delivery will arrive at your door. The above listed shipping estimates cannot be guaranteed by VAMP heels or the courier/shipping service at this time.

We offer one complimentary return / exchange per order (for shoes over $100) If the shoes need to be exchanged a second time, or returned after an exchange has been made, you can purchase a pre-paid shipping label from us for $7.95 (each way)

We offer a 30-day exchange and refund window from the date of order fulfilment. Please note items must be unused, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

*We offer free return shipping for items over $100 AUS shipped within Australia, we offer one free return/exchange per order made. If a shoe requires a further exchange or you have decided to return them after one exchange, the second return shipment will need to be covered by the customer.

For any exchanges over the first complimentary exchange, the customer will need to pay $7.95 to cover the sending of the new shoes from VAMP to your location (within Australia). Orders made outside of Australia are not eligible for free return/exchange shipping.

*For items returned that were purchased on promotion using a quantity discount (buy 2 pairs and save 50% off the second pair), we will refund the amount paid for the promoted/discounted item.
