Just hang in there and wait for your VAMPS to arrive. As mentioned on the website when you placed your order, your chosen style / size is on backorder and will be ready to ship in 3-6 weeks (sometimes quicker)
As soon as your VAMPS arrives into our Sydney warehouse our QC manager will check them over and dispatch them out to you. You will recieve an email with tracking information once dispatched.

Yes, we highly recommend using shoe care products on your Vamp Heels and following these few steps for the longevity of your heels, we have a selection of shoe care products available here.
Do:
- Use a waterproof and stain protector on your heels
- Air out your heels after every use
- Use your Vamp carry bag to store your heels
- Use a shoe cleaner that is specifically for shoe material, it will help lift any dirt or stains without damaging the materials
Do Not:
- Put your heels into the washing machine
- Immerse your heels in the water to clean
- Use bleach to clean your heels
When you receive your Vamp Heels, please find a clean, preferably carpeted area to try them on. If possible wear a very thin sock or stocking when trying on your shoes.

Your dance shoes should fit firm but not painful, and your toes should be flush to the edge of the shoe for an open toe shoes.
For closed toe shoes, they should still be firm, but you should have a few mm of wriggle room at the end of the shoe to avoid any pain.
Please note: Dance shoes are made to fit firmer than regular street shoes. Our shoes will stretch up to half a size after the first 3-4 wears. It is very important that the shoes fit firm from the first wear.
You're in luck! Most Vamp Heels are adjustable and can be made wider or narrower to precision fit your feet, and the others have some stretch in the fabric to allow the fabric to grow and mould to the shape of your foot.
For any VAMP style that doesn’t have an adjustable fit or stretch in the fabric, We would suggest going up one size to allow for extra width within the shoes.
