As the Brand and Digital Content Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, reporting directly to the Director. Located at our Rosebery headquarters, this hybrid role combines creativity and strategy, focusing on aligning brand communications with our positioning, target market, and business goals. Marketing Calendar and Content Generation:
- Drive the marketing content calendar.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Lead the development of content strategies and pillars for EDMs and social platforms
- Publish, post, and moderate comments on social platforms
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Oversee talent procurement for photoshoots and user-generated content
- Coordinate production of photoshoots, video production, and content creators
- Manage copywriting across all platforms
- Liaise with the team to coordinate the new product launch schedule
- Secure samples and manage studio photography for websites and social media
- Collaborate closely with brand ambassadors
- Develop launch campaigns for the website, EDM, social media, and advertising
Reporting and Budgeting:
- Generate reports to track overall brand performance and highlight key learnings on social media platforms
- Budget for influencer marketing and product launches
- Manage partnership relationships to maximise brand exposure
- Identify and manage brand collaborations and influencers
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of brand management experience and can demonstrate the following:
- A successful track record in brand management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital and social marketing
- History of leading content development for brands focusing on photoshoots and video production
- Experience with social platforms
- Proficient in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Canva or similar programs
- Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo will be highly regarded
